Dillon Building Services provides the highest level of commercial janitorial and other building services. We clean offices, schools, churches and industrial plants. We serve everyone from large corporations to small businesses. We service both private companies and government entities.

We have been in business for over 50 years and still retain our first customer! We are a small business that delivers big service. That first customer is a large facility in the Delaware Valley that has been held by five different corporate parents. We’re still there – through five corporate owners. We also have a long list of businesses that we have served for 20 years or more (some for over 30 years).

The great thing about Dillon Building Service is that we are small enough for the owners to oversee your work, but big enough to clean the largest building. One of our customers has multiple large buildings on 800 acres of land. Our smallest client has us clean their 600 square foot office once per week. Big and large, we do it all.
